NEW DELHI: Homegrown IT services firm HCL Infosystems Wednesday entered into a strategic alliance with US-based communications company Avaya to facilitate enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation strategies.
Under the alliance, HCL Infosystems will offer Avaya’s complete portfolio of customer and team engagement and data networking solutions to its customers across various industry verticals, the two companies said in a joint statement.
The partnership will help both HCL and Avaya to enable their enterprise customers through a range of advanced communication solutions, including unified communications, contact center, mobility and video conferencing.
HCL, according to the statement will also offer smart applications from Avaya to help enterprises make informed decisions that can transition them into truly digital enterprises.
