This Scorecard evaluates the top convergent charging software vendors (by revenue) using criteria with actual data and metrics, including direct feedback from buyers, vendor market share, market share momentum, financials, brand recognition, reputation for innovation, and other benchmarks. This approach eliminates subjectivity and ensures vendors are assessed accurately and fairly.

“Operators are looking to transform themselves from connectivity suppliers to providers of a full range of digital services, which necessitates changes in their billing and charging environments,” said Shira Levine, Research Director, Service Enablement and Analytics, at IHS Infonetics. “Over the last few years, Huawei has focused its attention on building a best-of-breed solution that can meet those requirements, and we see the company evolving to become a strong competitor in both convergent charging and larger billing transformation projects.”

“We are extremely honored by IHS Infonetics’ affirmation. It is a high recognition towards Huawei’s consistent R & D investment and innovation capability on Convergent Charging domain. We would continue to be customer-centric and strengthen interactive cooperation in the industry, assisting clients in creating sustainable business value” said Mr. Ali, President of Huawei BSS Product Line.
